In sanskrit, the word sukha literally translates to “good space”. In yoga, sukha means that the body is aligned in a way that will bring us safely toward strength, suppleness, and health. Our mission is to cultivate a space where we can practice what we need, when we need it. With a robust line up of classes, both heated and non-heated, taught by experienced and passionate teachers, we welcome you to your new favorite space.
